Bartender, Downtown Roanoke

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented team member to join a lively hospitality environment in Downtown Roanoke. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Provide welcoming, attentive, and professional service to guests throughout their visit.
• Take and process orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area.
• Check identification and follow all legal, safety, and responsible service guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu offerings, and promotional items.
• Handle payments accurately and support smooth guest transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service and efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs as needed.
• Follow sanitation, cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and payment systems.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and responsible service requirements.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
