As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the bar's clean and welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with guests to provide an exceptional customer service experience, including taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, managing bar supplies and inventory efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and alcohol regulations and policies.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper bookkeeping practices.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and service flow.
- Stay informed about the bar's menu, including new drinks, featured specials, and promotions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and courteously.
- Continuously update knowledge of mixology and beverage trends through training and self-study.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and equipment.
- Certification from a bartending school is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
