We are seeking energetic, personable, and customer-focused Bartenders to craft a variety of cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Make drink recommendations and provide guidance on beverage options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Engage guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring an enjoyable experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.
- Support TPI Hospitality’s Mission, Vision, policies, and procedures.
What You Will Bring
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
