Your Role:
You're the face guests look forward to seeing and the expert behind every pour — whether that's shaking a signature cocktail or steering somebody to the right local brew.
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and with flair.
- Know the list well enough to make a real recommendation.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Monitor alcohol service responsibly, in line with RAMP standards.
- Handle cash and cards accurately; balance your drawer at close.
- Work with servers and the kitchen for smooth service.
What We're Looking For:
- A personality that fills a bar.
- Bartending experience preferred; we'll train the right personality.
- Craft beer, cocktail, and spirits knowledge a plus.
- Reliability, integrity, strong work ethic.
- 18 or older, reliable transportation.
- RAMP certification preferred upon hire, required within 60 days.
