Responsibilities
· Deliver exceptional guest service in a polished dining environment
· Maintain expert knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and menu features
· Guide guests through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm
· Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
Qualifications
· Previous upscale or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
· Strong communication and multitasking skills
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
Craft Cocktail Bartenders
Responsibilities
· Prepare high-quality craft cocktails with consistency and precision
· Provide exceptional bar service and guest interaction
· Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory standards
· Assist in cocktail menu execution and seasonal beverage programs
· Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with TABC regulations
Qualifications
· Experience in upscale cocktail bars or restaurants preferred
· Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, and beer
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent hospitality and communication skills
Hosts / Hostesses
Responsibilities
· Greet and seat guests professionally and efficiently
· Manage reservations and waitlists
· Maintain flow of the dining room and communicate with management
· Assist with guest inquiries and overall hospitality experience
Qualifications
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
· Professional demeanor and appearance
· Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
· OpenTable or reservation system experience is a plus
Office Manager
Responsibilities
· Manage office administration and restaurant paperwork
· Support payroll, scheduling, onboarding, and vendor communications
· Maintain employee records and operational files
· Assist ownership and management with administrative projects
· Coordinate invoices, filing, and internal communications
Qualifications
· Previous office management or restaurant administration experience preferred
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
· Ability to multitask and work independently
