What We Stand For

We believe great hospitality starts with great people. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences while supporting one another through a culture of teamwork, respect, and growth. Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing years of experience, we value individuals who take pride in service and want to be part of something bigger than themselves. Together, we work hard, have fun, and make a meaningful impact every day.

The Bartender Role

As a Bartender at Greenville Country Club, your craft and composure help set the tone for every member experience—turning a simple order into a moment of hospitality.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and care
- Provide attentive, professional service while maintaining pace during peak periods
- Manage tabs, process payments accurately, and follow responsible alcohol service practices
- Maintain a clean, organized bar; restock and support inventory controls
- Coordinate smoothly with servers and kitchen to deliver a seamless experience

Required qualifications/skills
- Prior bartending experience and strong guest-service instincts
- Working knowledge of beverage recipes, bar tools, and sanitation standards
- Clear communication, reliability, and calm under pressure

Pay rate: $18–20. If you’re ready to bring purpose to service, apply today.

Your Shift, In Motion

You arrive a few minutes early to get oriented, check what’s happening around the Club, and make sure your station is set for a smooth start. As members filter in, you build quick rapport—remembering preferences, matching the room’s energy, and keeping service steady as the bar ebbs and surges. Between rounds, you reset your workspace, keep glassware and garnishes ready, and stay in sync with the floor so guests feel cared for without waiting. You wrap up by closing out checks, tidying your area, and handing off clear notes so the next shift can pick up seamlessly.
