Harrah's Laughlin is looking for an energetic, guest‑focused Bartender who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As part of the Caesars Entertainment family, you'll embody our Family Style Service-warm, welcoming, and committed to creating memorable moments for every guest.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, upbeat personality with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and guest‑service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology basics, and responsible alcohol service
- Cash‑handling accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Alcohol Awareness Card & Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card (required)
