Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely “Guest First” service, making guests the center of your attention
• Know and follow your posted schedule with punctuality and professionalism
• Master menu items, wines, beers, and cocktails to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to sanitation standards
• Follow company policies, steps of service, and alcohol awareness procedures
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system
• Assist fellow team members to ensure cooperative and seamless guest service
• Handle payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, coupons, and gift cards
• Participate in clearing and resetting dining tables and perform side work throughout your shift
• Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay updated and improve skills

Qualifications & Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of related bartending experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Required Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate as applicable
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills
• Ability to see, hear, read, and write in English
• Capable of managing workflow and resolving issues with supervisor support

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shifts in a restaurant environment
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent use of hands to operate equipment and communicate effectively
