Trust Restaurant Group is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our team at our newest jewlery bar concept Georgette's, located inside A L'ouest.

As a bartender, we want you to showcase your knowledge and curiosity for food and wine, and how the two complement one another.

We are looking to add a Bartender to our team at Georgette's, a hidden bar inside Á L'ouest- our French brasserie that builds on what defines TRUST Restaurant Group: wood-fired cooking, vibrant flavors, and simple techniques, all delivered with a refined energy. Led by Chef Brad Wise with a no-rules approach to French cooking, the menu reimagines classic dishes alongside an evolving plat du jour, while at the bar, delicate, effervescent cocktails and a playful France wine program reigns supreme.

We’re looking to add a bartender to our Georgette's team. The menu at Georgette’s feels less like a list of drinks and more like a found object - a personal diary passed down through the years, now, it’s yours. Bound in leather, worn at the edges, scratched and scuffed, it suggests a life fully lived, one carried through ports and passageways across the world. Its secrets feel carefully kept, locked away with a key that has somehow survived her incredible journey.

Inside, the pages unfold like chapters rather than categories. Each section marks a place Georgette once lingered. The layout traces her travels - sketches of sights and sounds, paths taken, lessons learned - captured in a messy, handwritten scrawl. Cocktails appear as recollections pulled from memory, their descriptions shaped by lived experience: the history, the atmosphere, and the inspiration of the places she encountered.
