Key responsibilities:
Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations
Bartenders, or Mixologists, mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests
Their duties include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils
Verify identification and age requirements of all customers
Mix traditional and creative cocktails
Process payment from customers
Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Take and serve orders promptly and accurately, following proper serving etiquette and standards
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
Uphold high standards of professionalism, grooming, and uniform appearance at all times
8-10 hour shift
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant
Available to work 20-30 hours per scheduled week
Extensive knowledge of bartending skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for food, beverages, and delivering exceptional dining experiences
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Possess a professional demeanor, maintaining composure and grace under pressure
Must adhere to dress code and grooming standards
