What You'll Do
As a Bartender, you will:
Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to hotel brand mixology standards
Prepare light menu items according to specific menu recipes
Deliver friendly, attentive service at the bar and to restaurant guests
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels at the bar
Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service policies
Accurately process guest orders and payments through POS system
What You Bring
1+ year of bartending experience (preferred)
Knowledge of drink recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Bartender certification or alcohol service training (as required by state/local law)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
