Responsibilities:
Craft and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages to restaurant and bar guests with precision and creativity
Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service that reflects the Spago brand and Wolfgang Puck’s philosophy
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety standards
Assist in creating seasonal cocktail features and supporting beverage programs
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and culinary staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications:
1-2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Commitment to consistency, hospitality, and teamwork
Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid Hawaii Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain)
