Bartender

Pay: $17.75 per hour + tips (Non-exempt)

About the Role

We’re looking for an outgoing, skilled, and service-focused Bartender to create memorable experiences for guests in our bar and lounge. If you love hospitality, enjoy crafting great drinks, and thrive in a lively, guest-facing environment, we’d be excited to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere at the bar.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and with attention to quality.
• Engage guests with genuine conversation, menu recommendations, and attentive service.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, seasonal offerings, and bar menu items.
• Process orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing.
• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guest safety at all times.
• Collaborate with the restaurant and food & beverage team to deliver seamless service.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and bar opening/closing duties.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong mixology skills or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism with guest concerns.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• A positive attitude, a teamwork mindset, and the ability to work independently when needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess any required state/local alcohol service certifications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in hospitality.
