Job Summary
Bartenders play a key role in our guest experience — mixing and serving drinks with precision, personality, and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for recommending drinks, maintaining product knowledge, handling transactions, and keeping the bar clean and well-stocked. Your energy and hospitality help create the environment we strive for: warm, elegant, and vibrant.
Responsibilities
- Provide full bar service, including craft cocktails, wine, and beer
- Engage with guests to assess preferences and offer personalized recommendations
- Maintain a welcoming, professional presence behind the bar
- Ensure proper ID verification and alcohol service compliance
- Handle payments accurately and responsibly
- Keep your bar station clean, organized, and prepped for service
- Maintain inventory, prep lists, and contribute to a collaborative service team
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in fine dining or upscale casual hospitality
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Service-minded and solution-oriented
- Flexible availability based on restaurant needs
- Food handler’s card as required by local/state regulations
