Our ideal bartenders are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to providing outstanding hospitality for each and every guest. As a bartender, you ensure consistent drink quality by preparing hand-crafted cocktail orders in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with recipes and guidelines established by the Food and Beverage department. Responsibilities
- Ensuring proper prep quantities at all times.
- Effective communication with your teammates.
- Ability to multitask.
- ID guests appropriately.
- Cash handling.
- General bar duties.
Qualifications
- Can obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements
- Prior experience as a bartender preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Ability to effectively implement the three Cs: coordination, consolidation, and communication
- Ability to abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent hospitality skills
- Accurate math and cash handling skills
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with guests and coworkers
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
