We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-focused bartenders to craft exceptional cocktails and create memorable moments for our guests. At Chop, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do — if you bring passion, professionalism, and energy behind the bar, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a full experience to the guests at the bar by making thoughtful recommendations and guest connections
• Prepare and craft both classic and signature cocktails
• Recommend wine pairings based on guest preferences and menu selections
• Create a welcoming, vibrant bar environment that enhances the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Ensure all guests meet the legal drinking age by checking valid IDs
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service across the restaurant

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
• Professional communication skills and a guest-first attitude
• Ability to stay organized, work cleanly, and manage a high-volume bar
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including lunches, evenings, and weekends
