We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-focused bartenders to craft exceptional cocktails and create memorable moments for our guests. At Chop, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do — if you bring passion, professionalism, and energy behind the bar, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a full experience to the guests at the bar by making thoughtful recommendations and guest connections
- Prepare and craft both classic and signature cocktails
- Recommend wine pairings based on guest preferences and menu selections
- Create a welcoming, vibrant bar environment that enhances the guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- Ensure all guests meet the legal drinking age by checking valid IDs
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service across the restaurant
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
- Professional communication skills and a guest-first attitude
- Ability to stay organized, work cleanly, and manage a high-volume bar
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including lunches, evenings, and weekends
