Bartender/Mixologist for Butcher's Cellar

The Butcher’s Cellar is seeking an experienced, passionate, and creative Bartender/Mixologist to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and has a talent for creating unique cocktails that complement our elevated dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails with consistency and precision.
• Develop and contribute new seasonal and signature cocktail creations.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and engage with guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and bar organization.
• Follow all TABC regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with management and kitchen staff to create memorable guest experiences.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and closing duties accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience required.
• Experience in craft cocktails and mixology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and cocktail preparation.
• Ability to create innovative cocktails and contribute to menu development.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• TABC certification required (or ability to obtain before employment).
• Food Handler's certification required or ability to obtain before employment).
