Gypsy Sol is a new culinary and cocktail-driven concept located inside The UnCommoner, a boutique waterfront hotel in West Yarmouth. Our program centers around **elevated small plates and a creative, high-energy cocktail experience**, led by an Executive Chef from Boston known for developing upscale restaurant concepts.
Our bar program is designed to be **fun, unique, and experience-driven**—blending high-quality ingredients with creativity, presentation, and a strong sense of identity.
With both an **indoor bar and an outdoor bar overlooking the water**, plus **poolside service**, this role offers a dynamic and engaging environment that goes beyond a traditional bar setting.

The Role
We are looking for **Bartenders / Mixologists** at all levels—from strong entry-level to experienced professionals—who want to grow within a thoughtful, high-level program.
This is an opportunity to be part of a **new opening**, contribute to a distinctive cocktail experience, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and execute cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Provide engaging, high-level hospitality across **bar, dining, and poolside service areas**
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of both indoor and outdoor bar spaces
* Learn and execute a unique cocktail program with confidence and consistency
* Assist with prep, batching, and bar setup
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management team to create a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
* Experience behind a bar preferred, but not required for the right candidate
* Interest in cocktails, spirits, and beverage techniques
* Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-energy, multi-service environment
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* Strong communication and guest engagement skills

Compensation
- Hourly wages from $9-12/hour plus tips
- Total compensation $25-$45+ after tips
