Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks, managing the bar area, and providing excellent customer service. Must be knowledgeable about drink recipes, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure responsible alcohol service. Must interact with customers, take orders, handle payments, and may also be involved in inventory management. Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. Does high-quality work while unsupervised. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Able to safely lift and easily maneuver cases of beer, wine, liquor, and other bar supplies when necessary. Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed. Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. |
