WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—crafting drinks with precision and personality. You’ll deliver warm, attentive service while keeping your bar area running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Take accurate drink orders and prepare beverages quickly and consistently.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and deliver “wow” moments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest areas.
- Assist with side work, including stocking, cleaning, and transporting dishware.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system with accuracy.
WHO YOU ARE:
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Able to push, pull, stretch, and use your hands and wrists repeatedly.
- Prior bartending experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right fit!
