Compensation: $2.13/hour plus gratuities
Position Overview
As Bartender, you are both artisan and host. You curate handcrafted cocktails, guide guests through a thoughtful spirits selection, and deliver seamless, luxury-level service in an atmosphere of timeless elegance.
From classic European aperitifs to innovative seasonal creations, every cocktail must reflect balance, precision, and beauty.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present handcrafted cocktails with consistency and artistry
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and premium spirits
- Engage guests with warmth, sophistication, and confidence
- Maintain immaculate bar presentation and organization
- Manage bar inventory, prep, and par levels with attention to detail
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Anticipate guest preferences and deliver intuitive five-star service
- Adhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service standards
- Be a story teller
- 2+ years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail craftsmanship
- Experience with classic cocktail techniques (stirred, shaken, smoked, infused, etc.)
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain composed and precise during high-volume service
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
