We are looking for experienced, energetic bartenders to join our fast-paced, high-volume NYC bar team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
As a Clinton Hall bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, crafting quality beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Our bartenders are knowledgeable, efficient, and able to balance speed with genuine hospitality during high-volume service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding bar service while creating a fun and engaging guest experience
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings and confidently answer guest questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar area
- Work closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle high-volume shifts while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Follow all company standards for service, safety, and responsible alcohol practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in New York City required
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Must be available to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Beer knowledge is a plus, but not required we are happy to teach our craft beer program
