Bartender

Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages, maintaining knowledge of food and beverage menus, managing bar inventory, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage, beer, wine, and spirits menus.
• Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Monitor and maintain bar inventory, including ordering and stock control.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of beverage preparation, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate bar equipment and tools.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules based on business needs.
