Job Description:
Arlo Kitchen & Bar, a sophisticated two-level restaurant and bar on the Gold Coast of Long Island, is actively seeking an experienced Bartender. Nestled on 2 acres overlooking scenic rolling hills, the venue features a spacious open kitchen, two fully stocked bars, and a sunlit outdoor patio.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages under standard recipes
Engage guests professionally and responsibly
Maintain a clean, organized bar area
Operate POS system and manage cash accurately
Assist with stock replenishment and bar setup/closing
Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure safe service
Schedule & Availability:
Evening shifts across both bar levels
Flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time roles
Must be available evenings and weekends aligned with restaurant hours
Experience Required:
2–3 years of bartending experience in fine dining or high-volume venues
Proficiency using jiggers and following standardized recipes
Excellent guest service skills with strong interpersonal presence
Compensation:
