Bartender

Blue Moon is in South Amboy NJ, we are a small bar/ restaurant with live music.

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent quest drinking experience. The bartender will need to be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer’s needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Operation:  Wednesday thru Sunday all shifts available

Responsibilities:

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails to our recipes

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

Present bar menus

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Interact with customers, take orders

Requirements:

Experience with POS systems

Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Able to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

TIPS training certificate
