White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team! As part of a hospitality company operating premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants across top U.S. cities, you'll craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment. Whether you're a seasoned hotel bartender or an ambitious bartending professional ready to grow, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
An outgoing, social personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Sharp attention to detail — from cocktail presentation to guest satisfaction
A positive, can-do attitude and team-player mindset
Previous bartending experience preferred — hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus; willing to train the right candidate
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices
Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
