The following job description details the scope of responsibility and specific areas of responsibility regarding the Bartender position. The Food and Beverage Manager has the authority to add to, take from or otherwise change the scope of responsibilities as necessary to properly manage the day-to-day operation of the Big Canoe Property Owners Association (POA). This position requires a professional appearance of a clean and pressed uniform, excellent hygiene and grooming is necessary. Bartenders are required to maintain a positive attitude at all times. Must have the desire to provide consistent great customer service for all Big Canoe residents and guests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
