    Bartender (Part-Time)

    Compensation Range:
    $30.00/Hour (This is a tip pool eligible role)

    What You’ll Do:
    At Casa Bonita, every team member plays a vital role in creating memorable dining and entertainment experiences for our guests. As part of the Front of House team, the Bartender delivers exceptional service by fulfilling beverage orders, offering recommendations, and maintaining a clean, organized bar station. 

    Responsibilities:
    • Follow established steps of service to provide a prompt, friendly, and consistent bar
      experience
    • Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication and collaborating
      effectively with team members
    • Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience
    • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with all company
      policies and safety regulations
    • Manage and prepare multiple drink orders from servers
    • Manage tabs and process cash payments
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area, including washing and sanitizing glassware, tools,
      and surfaces
    • Ensure proper storage of all garnish items
    • Maintain proper liquor inventory and assist with stock rotation
    • Monitor guest behavior and practice responsible alcohol service
    • Report low inventory levels and restocking needs
    • Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for service
    • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by any manager or VP of Operations based on
      business needs
    Qualifications/Skills: 
    • 21+ years of age
    • Minimum of two years of bar experience in a high-volume setting (400+ covers per day)
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience
    • Knowledge of current trends in the food and beverage industry
    • Able to communicate effectively in English
    • Must have a reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holiday
    • Regular and dependable attendance is an essential function of this position
    • This position requires consistent availability for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening shifts, as well as Sunday morning shifts, on an ongoing basis. Candidates must be able to reliably work these required shifts as part of the regular schedule expectations for the role. Availability for these shifts is a condition of employment for this position. This availability is also an essential function of the role. 
    Preferred: 
    • Bilingual in Spanish
    • ServSafe Alcohol certification
    Physical & Environmental Demands: 
    • Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance
    • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 150 pounds (e.g., full beer kegs)
    • Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills
    • Must be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs and inclines/declines
    • Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts
    • Able to work in confined spaces
    • Comfortable working in loud, distracting environments
    • Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure
