Bartenders at the Gateway Clipper Fleet must have at least 2 years of experience. Extensive knowledge of a variety of drinks. Having an engaging personality is important as we strive to serve our guests with a positive experience at every visit to the bar.
Responsibilities
Follow Bar opening and closing guidelines
Maintain accurate cash drawer
Recognize dangerous / problematic behavior and report it to a manager
Follow RAMP protocols
Always ensure cleanliness of bar area
Provide guests with a positive and pleasant experience with every interaction
Job Requirements:
Atleast 18 years old
Lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Demonstrate extensive mixology knowledge and skills
Follow manager instructions
Must have experience with POS systems
Organization and time management skills
Communication skills- Team Player, Customer Oriented
Sales skills- Upselling, suggestive selling
