Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food orders and deliver meals to guests in the restaurant and bar area
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service and food safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar and restaurant areas

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in bartending and/or serving roles preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
• Knowledge of different types of beverages and the ability to make recommendations
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds
