Job Description
- Warmly greet guests and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Take beverage orders directly or from servers.
- Mix and serve drinks accurately, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Provide expert recommendations on drinks, pairings, and promotions.
- Handle complaints professionally and involve supervisors when needed.
- Upsell menu items and suggest specials.
- Keep the bar area spotless, including glassware, surfaces, and equipment.
- Stock, organize, and replenish liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
- Manage inventory and process purchase requisitions.
- Operate all bar equipment and maintain beer lines.
- Prepare drinks for servers for table service.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (e.g., Room Service).
- Assist with setup and cleanup tasks.
- Present a positive, professional attitude to guests, peers, and management
