Role Description The Bartender role at Dogwoods Kitchen & Bar is a full-time, on-site position based in Pontiac, MI. The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and house standards while ensuring responsible service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking drink and food orders, preparing cocktails and other beverages, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The bartender will also restock supplies, check identification, adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. This role requires consistent, friendly interaction with guests and the ability to manage busy periods while maintaining accuracy and composure.
