BartendersThe Granite Grill in Raleigh, North Carolina, is hiring part-time and full-time bartenders to join our opening team of this highly anticipated new full-service restaurant! Bartenders are the face of the restaurant and leave a lasting impression by:Greeting bar guests with warmth and professionalismCreating a convivial bar atmosphere Providing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendationsTaking food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyCreating cocktails according to recipesDelivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standardsAnticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requestsHandling payments Working as part of a team to prepare the bar for service and keep the shift moving smoothly including bar cleaning, glass cleaning, pre-bussingWhat we are looking for:Previous bartending experience in a full service restaurantStrong communication and people skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetFlexibility to work evenings and weekends and at least 3 shifts per weekMust be 21 years of age, proficient in English, lift 30 pounds, and able to stand and move about the restaurant for the duration of the shift.
