Position Summary
We’re looking for an energetic and
friendly Bartender who can provide exceptional service while preparing
quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is
dependable, personable, and passionate about hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain knowledge of our food, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings
- Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all Virginia ABC regulations
- Accurately process orders and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
- Assist servers and team members as needed to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
