Bartender - Rosedale

Rosedale is now hiring a Bartender with 2+ of experience bartending in a high-volume bar. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team! 

Rosedale, also known as Over-the-Rhine’s backyard, includes a patio that features two premium bocce ball courts with courtside seating and a number of outdoor games. In the cooler months, crackling firepits provide warmth for guests seeking to retreat to the outdoors.A standing special menu is available and rotates monthly with a selection of beers, shots, and cocktails.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Craft cocktail experience is a must 
• Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware 
• Great communication skills 
• Be a good teammate 
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable 
• Keep a clean workspace  
• Must be proficient with POS systems  
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred 
• Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred 
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state 
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates 
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
