About the Role:
Hyatt Place St. Paul is looking for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our hospitality team in the heart of Saint Paul, MN! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests and bar patrons
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times
• Greet guests warmly, take drink and food orders, and provide exceptional customer service
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure a seamless dining and bar experience
• Uphold Hyatt brand standards and hotel policies in all guest interactions

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Valid Minnesota alcohol server certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per Minnesota state law
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
