Bartender

Sugar House Pub is hiring experienced bartenders. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team!

Job Duties & Qualifications:

• Prepare and serve drinks according to standardized recipes while strictly adhering to Utah state liquor laws.
• Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and help build sense of community.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times.
• Accurately operate POS systems, process payments, and manage tabs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations; an on-premise alcohol server certificate and food handlers permit are required.
• Monitor and restock inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.

The Schedule:
This is a part-time position with both day and night shifts available. We are looking for individuals who are available for three to four 6-hour shifts per week. Flexible availability is a huge plus.
