Bartender - San Antonio

We're looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team at a fast-paced BBQ restaurant in San Antonio, Texas. If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving great drinks, and working alongside a fun, hardworking team, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.

Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Verify guest identification and comply with all Texas alcohol service laws.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.

Process food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.

Recommend beverages, cocktails, beer, and wine pairings that complement our BBQ menu.

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and cleaning.

Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a great dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred (restaurant experience is a plus).

Current TABC Certification or willingness to obtain certification before starting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Must be at least 18 years old (or as required by Texas law for alcohol service).
