About Us:

The Lobby Bar is a high-end craft cocktail and tapas bar in the heart of San Francisco’s Castro District. Known for its speakeasy vibe, elegant design, and expertly balanced cocktails, we’re looking for an experienced bartender who shares our passion for mixology, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and creative bartender with a strong command of classic and contemporary cocktails. The ideal candidate can work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service and precision in every pour.

Responsibilities:

• Craft a wide range of cocktails with consistency and flair
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vodkas, gins, tequilas, bourbons, and other premium spirits
• Deliver a warm, engaging guest experience that fits our speakeasy ambiance
• Maintain bar prep, cleanliness, and organization during service
• Manage high-volume shifts while ensuring quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with the team to create seasonal and featured cocktail menus

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bartending craft cocktails.
• 5 years experience bartending.
• Solid understanding of classic cocktails and mixology principles
• Ability to work independently and stay composed under pressure
• Strong communication and professionalism with guests and team members
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
