Cole Valley Tavern is looking for an experienced, friendly bartender to join our team.

We’re a busy neighborhood tavern that takes pride in great hospitality, craft cocktails, local beer, and quality food. We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting to know regulars, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to multitask during busy service while maintaining attention to detail
• California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or ability to obtain)

What you’ll do:

• Craft quality cocktails, pour beer and wine, and provide exceptional service
• Build relationships with our neighborhood regulars
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to provide a great guest experience
• Help maintain a fun, positive atmosphere every shift
