- Beverage Preparation: Mix and garnish classic and signature cocktails, pour wines, and draft beers to precise recipes and presentation standards.
- Guest Engagement: Welcome guests, offer menus, guide pairing decisions, and anticipate patron needs to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Order & POS Management: Accurately ring up food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Bar Cleanliness: Keep the bar top, sinks, and back bar organized and sanitized throughout the shift. Restock glassware, ice, and garnishes.
- Inventory & Ordering: Track liquor, beer, and wine stock. Assist management with rotating inventory and placing orders.
- Compliance: Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest consumption to prevent over-intoxication.
