Bayside is looking for upbeat, reliable Bartenders to join our hospitality team! We are currently hiring for part-time, full-time and seasonal positions across our bayside locations including Signatures, 38 Degrees, Sun Ridge and The Commons. If you love creating great drinks, enjoy fast-paced environments, and take pride in excellent guest service, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
- Stock and maintain bar inventory; assist with inventory control and cost awareness
- Provide friendly, attentive service and respond to guest needs
- Follow all state liquor laws and company procedures- Process cash and credit transactions using a POS system
- Complete opening and closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and inventory
- Work catered events, banquets, and occasional meal service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience (or equivalent training)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of cocktails and basic wine varieties
- Alcohol Awareness Training preferred
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team mindset
Schedule & Availability:
- Flexible scheduling available
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business times
- Shifts may include days, evenings, and special events
