Part-time or Full-time | $25–$36/hr (tips included)

Wedgewood is a cheese + wine bar with a busy dining room, a strong retail presence, and a growing events program—classes, tastings, wine dinners, and the occasional full-on food fest.

We’re looking for servers who can handle volume, connect with guests, and move with purpose—while making it all feel easy.

What you’ll actually do

• Guide guests through cheese, wine, and the menu with confidence (and personality)
• Run full-service hospitality at tables and the bar
• Stay sharp during high-volume service (weekends get busy—fast)
• Jump in where needed—running food, resetting, supporting the team
• Help execute events: tastings, classes, and wine dinners
• Creative opportunities for contributions to wine & beverage program, wine & food pairings, collaboration with kitchen & cheese counter
• Keep your space clean, stocked, and under control

You’re probably a fit if you:

• Have restaurant, wine bar, or hospitality experience
• Are good with people—you can read a table and adjust
• Stay calm and focused when things pick up
• Are curious about food and wine (you don’t need to know everything—we’ll teach you)
• Like working on a team that moves quickly and expects a lot

What you get

• $25–$36/hr all-in (base + tip pool)
• Consistent earnings and high volume weekends/evenings

Schedule

• Part-time
• Must be available Wednesdays–Saturdays
• Sundays for events + occasional special programming
