Bartender Server

The Bartender Server plays a key role in providing excellent customer service by preparing and serving drinks, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar environment. This position typically involves independent shift work at a standard bar setting, offering opportunities for advancement to management roles within the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
• Take customer orders and provide friendly service
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
• Track and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
• Verify customer IDs to comply with age restrictions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Stock supplies to ensure availability during shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
