Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Drink Preparation: Create and serve a variety of beverages with confidence and consistency.
• Food Service: Assist in serving food and beverages to guests as needed.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of bartending experience preferred; will train candidates with server experience.
• Strong drink-making skills and attention to detail.
• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills and good judgment.
• Professional attitude and a willingness to be a team player.
• Flexible availability to pick up extra shifts is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and strong references.

Schedule
Nights and weekends are required.
