As a Bartender/Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members by preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with members, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area's.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, showcasing skills in fine dining service.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred; knowledge of mixology is a plus.
- Familiarity with food service operations within the food industry or retail settings is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
