The Bartender / Server plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service within a dynamic bar and restaurant environment. Working primarily during lunch and dinner peak periods, this role involves preparing standard beer, wine, and cocktails, taking orders, and serving food efficiently. As part of a large team, the bartender typically works solo with server support, balancing friendly customer interaction with swift order fulfillment to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve standard beer, wine, and cocktails
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and beverages to guests with attentive service
Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and serving areas

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years bartending experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Food Handler's Permit and Bartender License
Proficiency with POS systems and cash management
Strong customer service, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and maintain attention to detail
