Brodie s + Palm & Crane are a two-floor restaurant and cocktail lounge in downtown Peabody focused on quality food, strong beverage programs, and genuine hospitality. Our goal is to create a place where guests can have a great dinner, a great cocktail, and feel taken care of from the moment they walk in.
We are looking for employees who understands that building a great restaurant is about taking care of people, working as part of a team, and helping create the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
What We re Looking For
- Experience in a busy restaurant or cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to execute recipes consistently (bar)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Friendly, professional, and hospitality-driven personality
- Ability to talk to guests about cocktails, spirits, wine, and menu items
- Organized, clean, and calm under pressure
- Someone who takes pride in their work
Responsibilities
- Prepare house and classic cocktails with consistency and attention to detail (bar)
- Provide great service to guests at the bar and support the dining room when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Assist with batching, prep, garnishes, and opening/closing duties
- Work closely with servers and managers to ensure smooth service
- Help maintain a positive, professional team environment
Ideal Background
- 3+ years in a restaurant or high-volume bar
- Experience with craft cocktails and classic recipes
- Wine and spirits knowledge is a plus
- Weekend availability is required
About Us
Brodie s is a modern chef-driven neighborhood restaurant, and Palm & Crane is our upstairs cocktail lounge. Together, the two spaces offer everything from casual dinners to late-night cocktails and events. We are building a team that cares about hospitality, quality, and creating a place people genuinely enjoy working and visiting.
Must be available 3-5 shifts per week.
Pay: $25 $45 per hour (including tips).
