Job Summary


KIN. Social is looking for experienced, hospitality-driven Bartenders/Servers to join our growing team.


We’re looking for versatile hospitality professionals who are equally comfortable providing attentive table service and working behind the bar. The ideal candidate is personable, knowledgeable, dependable, and able to create a great guest experience while keeping up with the pace of a busy restaurant.

Estimated total earnings: $23–$30 per hour, including pooled tips.


Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and tables
  
  
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  
  
• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
  
  
• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations and answer menu questions
  
  
• Maintain knowledge of our food, cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits offerings
  
  
• Enter orders accurately and process guest payments through the POS system
  
  
• Verify legal drinking age and follow all alcohol-service requirements
  
  
• Set up, stock, organize, and maintain assigned bar or service areas
  
  
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and side-work responsibilities
  
  
• Maintain clean, polished, and welcoming guest areas
  
  
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, management, and fellow team members
  
  
• Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining hospitality and attention to detail
  
  
• Support teammates as needed to keep service running smoothly
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience strongly preferred
  
  
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
  
  
• Strong guest service and communication skills
  
  
• Comfortable learning and discussing food and beverage menus
  
  
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and receive feedback
  
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical responsibilities of restaurant service
  
  
• Must meet all legal requirements to serve alcoholic beverages
